Meet the founder of RebuildHer

After 25 years of marriage, I faced a life I never planned: divorce. I knew how to be a wife and build a life with someone else, but suddenly I had to learn how to build a life as a divorced woman. I wrestled with questions about my identity, my faith, my future, and even what I believed about myself. The turning point came when my question began to change from, “What happened to my life?” to “What can I build from this?”

I learned that rebuilding wasn’t about pretending the past didn’t hurt or rushing to get over it. It was about grieving what was lost, healing what was wounded, rediscovering who I was, and allowing God to lead me forward one truth, one decision, one boundary, one prayer, and one courageous step at a time. Somewhere along the way, I realized I wasn’t simply recovering from divorce. I was rebuilding her. That realization became The RebuildHer Program and the RebuildHer Method™.

I started The RebuildHer Program™ because I know what it feels like to stand on the other side of divorce and wonder, “What do I do now?” What I needed wasn't someone simply telling me to move on. I needed a blueprint for how to rebuild.

As I began doing that work in my own life, I realized there were other women asking the same questions I'd asked: Who am I now? How do I heal? How do I trust myself again? How do I trust people? What does God have for me next? And where do I even begin? You don't have to know what the finished picture looks like. You simply begin building, one brick at a time.

Beyond RebuildHer, I’m a mother of two and a proud grandmother of two. My family is incredibly important to me and has shaped so much of the woman I am today.

At my core, I have always been passionate about being a bridge for others, helping people cross from where they are to where they desire to be. Whether that means healing, discovering their purpose, achieving success, or finding ways to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others, there is something deeply fulfilling to me about helping someone recognize what is possible and giving them the support to move toward it.

I’m also passionate about philanthropy and giving back. I believe success is about more than what we accomplish for ourselves; it’s also about what we are able to pour into others and the impact we leave behind. That same heart is behind RebuildHer. I don't want to simply tell women that there is life after divorce. I want to be a bridge that helps them cross over from uncertainty to clarity, from surviving to thriving.
